2024 Arkansas USA Wrestling All-Members Meeting

The ARUSAW All-Members meeting will take place Saturday, October 19th, 2024. In conjunction with the AAA Coaches meeting and the ARYW Coaches Clinic, the All-Members will be held at Conway High School in the Lecture Hall from 1PM to 3PM.
Per the ARUSAW By-Laws (see the By-Laws on this webpage), the annual meeting of the members is where we will vote on amendments, open positions, and discuss the state of the corporation. Also, this year we will present the Ironman & Ironwoman awards for the State Champions in all three styles.

The following positions will be up for election at the 2024 meeting:
ARUSAW Vice-Chair
ARUSAW Events Director*
ARYW Committee Member - NE Arkansas Region
ARYW Committee Member - At-Large member

All nominations for open positions must be received by the State Chairwoman, Kristi Mann, no later than October 9th, 2024. You can send nominations to Kristi at [email protected]

The following by-law amendments are proposed for the 2024 meeting:
* Redesignation of the ARUSAW Executive Board position "Event Director" to be changed to "Women's Director". If passed, the election for "Events Director" will be for "Women's Director" instead.

All by-law amendment proposal MUST be submitted to the State Chairwoman, Kristi Mann, no later than October 5th, 2024. Any proposed changes will be reviewed by the Executive Committee before added to the ballot.
